CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE
These terms and conditions apply between you as an orderer (customer) and us as a seller (Share My Card AB orgnr: 559425-3998).
Allmänt
Share My Card säljer endast till organisationer / företag. We also reserve the right to refuse or change your order. We reserve the right to sell out of goods. All attempted frauds are reported to the police. We reserve the right to cancel a purchase if fraud is suspected.
An order confirmation is sent by email when you complete your order. There you will find information on the content of the order. If something is wrong with your order, contact our customer service team immediately.
Order and contracting party
All regular orders are placed via our website, www.ShareMycard.se. The company placing the order with its organization number is considered by us to be the contracting party. If you order from an organization or a company, we assume that the person placing the order has power of attorney for the organization and that this organization is a contractual party.
By accepting the Terms and Conditions, You thereby undertake to comply with them in full, and You also acknowledge that You have read the information on personal data and consent to the use of personal data and cookies in accordance with Share My Card’s privacy policy.
Price and payment
When ordering, the prices listed on the website apply. Price information is provided in Swedish kronor and excludes VAT. Prices do not include payment and shipping fees, which are listed separately.
All prices on the website are shown excluding VAT.
We reserve the right to change prices without notice and for any possible pricing errors. You always pay the price shown when your order is placed, if you have bought an item at an incorrect price you will be notified and your money will be refunded.
Payment is selected on the website from the payment options presented. If invoice payment or partial payment is chosen, we or our partners may carry out a credit check. You will be informed of this.
Offers and promotions
Share My Card may change its prices and promotions for the products on the website at any time without prior notice. Both in terms of product prices, but also in terms of shipping and payment methods. Most of these promotions are time-limited and can be added and removed at any time without prior notice.
Delivery
Normally, goods are delivered within the number of working days indicated on the website.
The expected delivery time is shown on the product page, at the checkout and on the order confirmation.
If the customer discovers that a shipment is visibly damaged in transit, this should be reported immediately to the parcel agent. If you discover that the contents are damaged during unpacking, please contact [email protected] as soon as possible.
Right of withdrawal
When purchasing goods on Share My Card.se, no right of withdrawal applies. Therefore, you do not have the right to cancel your purchase
If you wish to cancel a purchase, please send an email to [email protected] and include your name, address, and other relevant information, such as order number, invoice number, and the name of the item in the message. Then, await further communication with Share My Card.

Warranty in accordance with Swedish law or as agreed between Share My Card and the buyer, which is a company/organization.
Returns

Photography of products
Thank you for choosing to shop with us. We would like to inform you that we photograph all products, including cards, before delivery. These images may be used in our marketing efforts, but we guarantee that no personal information will be disclosed without your consent. Why we photograph:
Quality control: to ensure that the product meets our standards and your expectations.
Marketing: To showcase our products in different channels, without linking them directly to you as a customer.

Dispute and applicable law
The resolution of disputes shall in the first instance be resolved by mutual agreement after discussion with Share My Card’s customer service department. Share My Card follows decisions from ARN or a similar dispute resolution body.
Any dispute concerning the interpretation or application of these terms and conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with Swedish law and shall be settled in a Swedish public court.
Other information
We reserve the right to make printing, information and specification errors on all items and services in our range. All image information on our pages should be seen as illustrations, and we cannot guarantee that the image reproduces the exact appearance and nature of the product.
Changing the terms of purchase
We reserve the right to change our terms and conditions without prior notice.
