The way the cards are flipped differs between different models and especially between IOS and Android. This video shows how to blip a Samsung Galaxy A14.

What we mean is that the information on the card does not have to be or preferably is not static.

Examples include Company name, if you may have sellers/employees in several locations and have the address of the main card in one location, you can enter the location where you live after the name. For example the salesman Patric Bolmgren, who works at deNord Design Group AB in Växjö but lives in Kalmar, had the name deNord Design Group AB – Kalmar but the address was Växjö, so the contacts he made in Kalmar had a local connection.

Another example is Växjö Municipality, which could have been called Växjö Municipality – Greenest City of the Year 2017 in 2017 and then remove that stamp from the company name in 2018.

What do you want to look like when you call a contact? If you’ve blipped your digital business card from ShareMyCard, you can easily select a profile picture to ensure that the visual image of you and your company is visible when you contact someone who has saved your contact details.

We recommend that you use this before every meeting, event or fair you attend to help your new contact remember you and where you met.

Notes is the single largest box in Outlook and if you have your phone set to sync with Outlook, anything added to Notes will appear as nice clickable links in that box as soon as the contact is saved. Here you can also post offers, e.g. write copy the link to take advantage of my 2024 offer and paste it into a web browser. The link can refer to a web page
or a pdf document.

Since Outlook currently does not have fields for Facebook, Instagram, etc. these lines disappear from the phone when the phone is set to sync with the iphone, so we have chosen that these fields automatically appear in Notes so that your new contacts do not miss them. This

The fully digital card is convenient for small meetings and you don’t need to bring the physical card, just pull out the QR code in the Wallet and let your new contact scan the QR code.

You don’t have to have a profile picture of you personally but we highly recommend it, or at least have your company’s logo there. The reason is that when you call your contact, it’s so much nicer when you get a picture of the person you want to call.

The data is NOT automatically saved on the phone where the card is tapped or the QR code is scanned, the recipient must always save you as a contact.

Since we can’t control how different phones work or what they overwrite, we recommend that if you are already in a contact’s phone, ask them to delete you from the phone first and then blip/scan the QR code again, then you know for sure that all the data is there.

Absolutely not, this is one of the advantages of digital cards. Ask the employee who is leaving to delete the fully digital card in their Wallet and then if someone in your company is an administrator, they can change the email address and then the name, picture, etc. of the new person coming in.

You can download an excel file in the portal where you can fill in the details of all the cards from your staff register and then upload it and the file will simply load and mass update all those who have cards.

You can take out your entire register and if the email address is not in the portal, simply skip that line.

We have chosen that you log in with your email address and after you have entered it you get a link that you click on and then you are inside the portal. This is so that you don’t have to remember another password and it cannot be used in case someone accidentally overhears your password.

When you then call the contact it says Patric Bolmgren but no picture, no company name (most common) and you may be forgotten.

With old traditional business cards.

Absolutely not, we have sold to many industries and to a variety of ages. The portal is so easy to use and blipping or scanning the card is very easy for the recipient.

The differences between phones are beyond our control, but after a while you’ll probably figure out how to do it. If you think a certain model is a bit special to blip, there is always the QR code to scan in the camera and then it is easy to add the connector. See our

On most newer phones, NFC is always on, while on slightly older phones you have to activate NFC when you want to use it. Those who can pay by phone in shops have NFC running, we use the same technology. The QR code is always available as an option. Here is how Maualer
